QHM AERO
Hydrogen Fuelcell Truck
Project Targets: Reduction of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) through aerodynamic efficiency | Creating a unique design language for the brand | Securing enough air cooling towards the Fuelcell Engine
My Role: Managing the complete design process from the first sketch to homologation & product launch | Cross-functional collaboration among various departments | Coordinating various teams of Design, 3D Modeling, Engineering, Aerodynamics & Production
Achievements: 10% increase in the total range of the truck with the new aerodynamic design | Built a unique design language & brand identity for all the upcoming products | Cut design cycles by 20% with AR/VR prototyping, boosting marketing, sales & R&D | Registration of more that 20 Design & R&D patents
Tools: Sketching | Various 3D tools (Rhino, Alias, Catia, Blender, Sub-D) | AR & VR Tools (Jigspace, Gravity Sketch,Blender) | Rendering tools (Keyshot, Vizcom Ai, Blender, Photoshop) | CFD Simulators | Prototyping and 3D Printing
