Project Targets: Reduction of textile waste through digital print on the seat cushions | Expressing the brand identity
My Role: Directing the complete design process from the first sketch to final product delivery | Cross-functional collaboration among the departments | Coordinating multiple suppliers (Seat manufacturer, Textile digital print, Logistics, Assembly)
Achievements: Zero textile waste for the seat cushions | Providing 100% customization freedom to the customer

Timing: 3 Months
Patterns and Color Schemes inspired and derived from the nature
The blue gradient color scheme is expressing the brand color, while the yellow tone color scheme is chosen for higher attractivity for the visually impaired people only for the disanbled seats in the bus.
